Terms of Service

backlinks.market (the "Platform", "we", "us") is an online listing and messaging service that allows publishers ("Sellers") to list websites and backlink opportunities, and allows other users ("Buyers") to discover and contact those Sellers. By creating an account or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service.

backlinks.market is solely an intermediary that connects Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to any transaction.

• We do not sell, resell, broker or guarantee any backlink, placement, publication, content or service listed on the Platform.
• We do not provide an escrow service, payment protection, dispute arbitration or money-back guarantee.
• We do not hold, process, receive or transmit funds between Buyers and Sellers. Any payment is arranged and executed directly between the parties.
• We do not verify, endorse or warrant the legal status, ownership, quality, traffic, metrics or longevity of any listed website or backlink.
• Contracts for the supply of a backlink, guest post, placement or any other service are concluded directly and exclusively between the Buyer and the Seller. The Platform is not a party to those contracts.

Any communication, agreement, invoicing, payment, delivery, content review, cancellation, refund, replacement, takedown, warranty or after-sales support is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller. Users are strongly advised to agree on terms (deliverables, deadlines, link duration, payment method, refund conditions) in writing before sending any payment.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing they publish, including domain ownership, metrics, pricing, categories, descriptions and any media. By submitting a listing or message, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You must not list, offer, request or transmit content that:

• infringes intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights;
• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, malicious or contains malware;
• relates to gambling without a licence, weapons, drugs, child-related content, hate speech or any other content prohibited by applicable law;
• violates the terms of any search engine, network or third-party service (for example, manipulative link schemes prohibited by Google Search Essentials are at the User's own risk).

Messages, exchange requests and contact details shared through the Platform are intended to facilitate direct negotiation. We do not monitor, review or archive private communications except where required by law or to investigate abuse. Users should not share sensitive personal data through the messaging system beyond what is strictly necessary.

Browsing the marketplace, contacting Sellers and exchanging links are free of charge for Buyers. The Platform may charge Sellers a commission or listing fee, as described on the public pricing page. We do not collect a percentage of any direct payment made outside the Platform between Buyer and Seller.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that backlinks will be delivered, maintained, indexed or remain live, or that any SEO outcome will be achieved.

The Platform makes no representation regarding any Seller's tax, legal or regulatory status. Each User is responsible for their own tax reporting, invoicing and compliance with local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, backlinks.market, its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• any transaction, agreement, payment, dispute or loss between Buyer and Seller;
• non-delivery, removal, depreciation or rejection of any backlink or content;
• chargebacks, fraud, scams or misrepresentation by another User;
• SEO penalties, ranking changes or traffic loss resulting from any link;
• unavailability, errors or downtime of the Platform.

The Platform's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by that User to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless backlinks.market from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your listings or messages, your dealings with other Users, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Slovak Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
