Refund Policy

1. The Platform's Role

backlinks.market is an intermediary that only connects Buyers and Sellers. We do not act as an escrow agent, we do not process or hold any payment between Users, and we are not a party to any transaction concluded through the Platform.

As a result, backlinks.market does not issue refunds for backlinks, guest posts, placements, content, traffic or any service supplied by a Seller to a Buyer. Any payment for such services is made directly between the Buyer and the Seller, outside of the Platform.

2. Refunds Between Buyer and Seller

All refund, cancellation, replacement and warranty terms — including eligibility, deadlines and the method of repayment — are agreed and handled directly between the Buyer and the Seller. Before paying, Buyers should ask the Seller for written confirmation of:

  • deliverables (URL, anchor text, placement type, dofollow/nofollow);
  • delivery deadline;
  • minimum link duration;
  • conditions and timing for a refund or replacement (e.g. if the link is removed, de-indexed or never published);
  • preferred payment method and currency.

Any dispute about the supply, quality or removal of a backlink must be raised by the Buyer with the Seller directly. The Platform has no obligation and no power to compel a Seller to deliver, replace or refund.

3. Platform Fees Paid to backlinks.market

If you have paid a fee directly to backlinks.market (for example a listing fee, featured placement or a wallet top-up where applicable), the following rules apply:

  • Listing or subscription fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been activated, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
  • Unused wallet credit, where applicable, may be withdrawn subject to identity verification and the limits described in the wallet section of the Platform.
  • Refund requests for Platform fees must be sent to support@backlinks.market within 14 days of payment, with the invoice or transaction reference.

4. EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Where you are a consumer in the European Union and have purchased a digital service directly from backlinks.market, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use a paid Platform service before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

This withdrawal right applies only to services purchased from backlinks.market itself. It does not apply to transactions between Users (Buyer ↔ Seller), to which separate terms agreed between those parties apply.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us or the other User may result in suspension or termination of your account. We cooperate with payment providers to investigate fraudulent chargebacks.
